Duurzaam Vastgoed, based in Utrecht and active since March 2024, aims to make a positive contribution to a more sustainable future by improving the sustainability of real estate and optimizing energy performance. Specialized in energy labeling and sustainable solutions for both new and existing buildings, Duurzaam Vastgoed requested a website that clearly communicates their expertise and vision. The assignment was to build a platform that not only informs investors, businesses, and property owners but also inspires them to contribute to an energy-efficient, environmentally conscious future.

The design for the website is based on simplicity and a clear navigation structure to guide visitors directly to essential information about sustainable real estate solutions. A modern, professional look was chosen with natural, calming colors that support the focus on sustainability. Large, inviting images and well-organized sections make it easy for visitors to understand the core values of Duurzaam Vastgoed. The logo and corporate identity were designed by Maud Woltman

The development process focused on creating a future-proof, responsive platform that works seamlessly on all devices and is flexible enough to grow with the organization.
